Judgement: Use yours and ignore theirs

Judgement - there seems to be a lot of it about at the minute. Writing anything online feels like wading through treacle. With so much conflict and heavy news it’s really hard to do or say anything without self-censoring, without worrying about the impact of what you might say or how your words might appear to others.

But, I’m trying to remind myself that I’m not alone with this feelings. That everyone is feeling the same and that it’s only by continuing to connect and to communicate that we are going to get through this.

In short, it’s about using your Judgement and trying to ignore the judgement of others.
