Yes. There is always more ‘to do’. I’m trying to break out of my ‘busy bee’ mentality but it’s hard. I realize sometimes it’s a way to keep me away from doomsday scrolling. Getting my hands busy with yarn or clay is my way to break free. Lately, I’m doing some of what I call crochet ‘doodling’. And it really helps.

It's a bit of an eye opener isn't it. And having observed my own behaviour I know how frighteningly accurate it is.
Agreed. Time to focus on something different. I've always found that a temporary absence makes my heart grow fonder of knitting.
