I loved this Louise 👍 I'm already a fan of Sarah's, so this was lovely to read. Sarah, can I just ask... What is the "Pomodoro Technique"? 😆

Hi! And thank you :) pomodoro is a productivity/ time management technique which I love. If you google it, you’ll find lots of info and I use it slightly imperfectly but the way I do it is to set my timer and work for 25 minutes with no distractions. I then take a five minute break which sometimes turns into a 10 minute break depending on what I decide to do and then I come back and do a further 25 minutes of uninterrupted Focused work. I think the original technique you repeat the 25/5 pattern five times and then take a longer break.

I think that would work for me - I’m better doing things in short bursts than an endless, energy sapping slog! I’ve heard of it, it never really tried it - thank you!

I love this technique, I use it in online coworking sessions and we break and chat about what we've done, or need to do next, then press on with another 25 mins. I find it really works for me, especially when I do it with others.
