Hi! And thank you :) pomodoro is a productivity/ time management technique which I love. If you google it, you’ll find lots of info and I use it slightly imperfectly but the way I do it is to set my timer and work for 25 minutes with no distractions. I then take a five minute break which sometimes turns into a 10 minute break depending on what I decide to do and then I come back and do a further 25 minutes of uninterrupted Focused work. I think the original technique you repeat the 25/5 pattern five times and then take a longer break.
I think that would work for me - I’m better doing things in short bursts than an endless, energy sapping slog! I’ve heard of it, it never really tried it - thank you!
