For a few years now, over in my Everyday Knitter Facebook group I have run a fun summer-long challenge aimed at getting a few books off my TBR (to be read) pile. The reasons for this are entirely selfish I have to say - usually by this point in the year I find I am flagging slightly with my reading goals.
I’ve heard of some people putting their books/ereaders on music stands so they can read while they knit, or even projecting their books onto the TV. You can even get bluetooth page turners so you don’t have to constantly reach for the screen.
I wish I could find a way to incorporate a sticker chart - I was always envious of the library reading challenges my kids used to do during the summer.
You could always just make a chart with reading percentages (25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% completed) for each of the books, and put a sticker and the date when you reach that benchmark.
I'm in! Now if I could only figure out how to read and knit at the same time! Audible books don't work for me, I fall asleep. 😵💫

Yay, that’s fantastic
Well I'm in of course!
Fabulous, I’m so pleased
Oh yes PLEASE!
Happy to interrupt my reading and knitting with a summer of books and yarn. Oh, wait ...
A bit of a busman's holiday ☕
My two favourite things - reading & knitting. Summer here I come!
Yay, I’m so pleased
Love this idea!
I'm in! I love to listen to books while knitting. Can't wait for the prompts 😀📚
Yaaa! Books and Yarn is back! I am so happy! Thank you, Louise, for organizing it once again!!!
You had me at books and yarn. I’m also waaay behind on my reading so this might be the perfect nudge 😊
There must Be a way! I’m going down the rabbit hole!
Sounds great fun

A lot of people do bingo reading challenges.
