I picked the Last of the Moon Girls, but I also bought the Pumpkin Spice Cafe. I'm not a Pumpkin Spice fan, but this looked like a fun read. I count on this list to suggest books that I wouldn't find for myself, but would be fun to read.

I know what you mean. I always think I like pumpkin spice until I have it, and then I remember that actually I just like cinnamon and apple, not the actual pumpkiny bit

I also picked the Last of the Moons Girls . I’ve just read the Fellowship again, and am also doing the War and Peace read along, must have my reading mojo back😊

I’m back at choir so I’m reading a book called Jeoffry: The Poet’s Cat by Oliver Soden.

Follows the life of a cat who really did exist 250 years ago which the poet Christopher Smart wrote about in his time in an asylum - the cat lived with him. Benjamin Britten set his poetry to music in Rejoice in the Lamb, which we’re singing this term.
