Louise, this is SO me! I'm also a chronic over-scheduler, always trying to squeeze in one more thing. Your list of self-care activities is inspiring – especially the 'no tech' cafe visit. I'm definitely stealing that idea. It's so easy to let work bleed into relaxation time, but setting those boundaries is crucial. Thanks for the reminder!

I also find that blurring between work and leisure…. When I abandoned the corporate treadmill many years ago I decided I would do a whole variety of things, some of which would pay and some which might not. The common denominator should be that they were fun. Your post has made me rethink that….. I was also chatting on someone else’s substack about what makes a hobby and what is a way of life …. I wonder how much we really need these differentiations.

I was thinking, maybe a change of mindset - knitting isn't work and neither is writing. They're things you love to. do that also bring in finance. Double win!
