Thank you for sharing the journal prompts, I also loved reading Mollys seasonal reading guide and generally getting excited for autumn and noticing the change in seasons.
You are very welcome. I sat in a well known coffee chain yesterday with a pumpkin spice latte and spent a happy half hour journaling with your prompts. It was a fab way to get my brain into autumn mode.
It's still really warm here in east Devon, although the wind direction has changed and the cool breeze is very welcome. It's not cool enough for socks yet! I have just started a Rowan Felted Tweed cardigan for my husband and although only 30 rows up the back I am already contemplating how long it's going to take me (4mm needles and plainish wool) and whether I'm going to get bored with it really quickly.
Oh those socks....love the colors. I knit a pair of cream colored cables years ago, and have some self striping yarn for my first foray back into dock knitting in stockinette.
Those are pretty socks. I have yet to try knitting socks myself, but with my new job, maybe I need to find a pattern with chunky yarn to keep my toes warm when outside working this winter.
We finally have substantial rain! Haven’t had this since June. From Texas!
Oh yay! I'm so happy for you. I bet that smelt so good.

Oh nice! You can't beat self stripe yarn for instant gratification. Well, as instant as anything gets in knitting.
your Friday catch-up posts are one of my favorite things about Friday! 💜
